Lebanon Family Practice is committed to keeping patients, their families, and our communities safe and healthy. We have taken significant steps to reduce community spread through social distancing, facial coverings, and strict hand hygiene practices. Our Covid-19 evaluations and testing are conducted from the comfort of your vehicle. Patients will conduct their appointment discussion with the provider through virtual visit prior to examination and obtaining testing sample. The test takes between 10-15 minutes to process and results can be provided while you wait or over the phone.​
Who can have the standard (non-rapid) test? ​

Cold/flu like symptoms consistent with possible COVID-19 for 7d or less

Medical clearance for return-to-work, impending travel, or medical/surgical procedures that requires proof of negative test
