Walk-In Care for Established Patients 

The team at Stayton Family Practice is excited to begin gradually making care services available to established walk-in patients at our Lebanon location, Established patients will be able to walk-in and get the next available appointment in-person or a virtual telemed. While advanced notice is preferred, is it not required. We will do everything possible to make sure you're seen in a timely fashion.

Women's Health Services

Our clinicians provide all womens' health services with the exception of prenatal and pregnancy care. From preventive health and screenings to contraception and care after menopause, we are here to care for and support you.

Procedure Clinic

Our Lebanon location offers an expanded scope of procedures to those we care for. Dr. Lance Large has significant experience with office based procedures including, but not limited to, those below.  The following is a list of examples of procedural cases we are able to provide. To discuss your questions or concerns, please give us a call at 503-400-6140 or send us an email. Depending on the case and urgency, these can be booked ahead of time up to 30 minutes before end of day or on a walk-in basis.
