Aside from working, I enjoy traveling with my 2 boys. I’ve coached football and basketball. I’m an avid sports fan. I try to stay active by running and lifting with my boys.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons, hiking, fishing, upland hunting, gardening, and target shooting. I am also an avid gardener and proponent of no-till permaculture.
I very much enjoy developing relationships with my patients and having a positive influence on their health. Time with my family is vitally important to me. I also try to find time to exercise regularly which includes hiking and weightlifting. I enjoy riding my Harley and exploring the roads less traveled in our beautiful state.
I graduated from the University of Portland with my Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees in 2016. Previously, I worked as an ER and ICU registered Nurse for over 17 years. In my spare time I like to walk with my dogs, do Pilates, and spend time with family and friends.
I believe in treating every patient with compassion and empathy. In my spare time I enjoy my horses and the great outdoors.
